Rascal Charities, Inc is a 501c3 non profit organization created to help animals in need throughout the state of Ohio. We utilize money from grants, donations, and special events to subsidize spay/neuter clinics and special events for rescues and individuals in need. Because we are a registered non-profit, all donations are tax deductible. We accept general donations that are used towards any event or service we offer as well as specific donations made to sponsor or subsidize a clinic for a specific group or county (please be sure to indicate how you want us to use any donation made for a specific purpose so it can be applied appropriately and give us your contact information in case we have questions about applying your funds to an event). If you need a receipt for tax purposes, please send us your name and mailing address.
